Our system is now working through a backlog of export tasks and AI generations as we recover from the incident, and users can expect increased delays and waiting times while this is happening.

We’re experiencing increased error rates with our cloud provider. This is leading to unavailability of app.runwayml.com, and increased failure rates for uploads, AI generations, and video exports. Our engineers are working to further investigate and address the problem.
