Video export failure rates have resolved. Users still experiencing any problems can reload the app and remove and regenerate subtitles.

Update

Saving video projects that have subtitles was also found to be affected. Newly added subtitles will now work; affected users can reload the app and remove and regenerate subtitles from videos to fix.
