Automated emails are now being sent again. New registrations using email should now be working again and users who never received an email can do so now using the "resend verification email" button.

This incident is now resolved.

Identified

We’ve identified an issue causing all automated emails to be temporarily canceled or delayed.

This includes automated email verification messages which are required for new users to sign up for Runway with an email and password. Users who have not yet received a verification email can try re-registering with Google or Apple Sign-In as a temporary fix while we resolve this issue.
